If the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, please contact us to arrange for a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if a trackable method is not used.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or before production has begun for custom items. Once production has started on a custom order, cancellation may not be possible, and any cancellation will be subject to our discretion and applicable fees.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy rather than cancellation.
Custom orders that have entered the production phase may incur cancellation fees to cover costs already incurred. We will inform you of any applicable fees before processing a cancellation request.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed the return.
The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, less any applicable return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
If you paid using a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid using another method, we will refund using the same method or an alternative method agreed upon with you.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected. If the replacement item is of a different value, we will process the appropriate refund or charge for the difference.
